Our return policy is firm. We want you to be confident in your purchase. We offer a 7-day in store credit only policy. (We will extend up to 14 days if you call within 7.)
All sales are final on custom glass orders, seasonal décor (like Christmas and Halloween) and on As Is/ Discontinued Items.
This policy was developed for several reasons. The first being the transaction fees the banks and credit card companies have on transactions. These fees occur with EVERY transaction, even a credit. The second reason is a return culture that has developed in our industry. It had become a trend to buy a bunch of décor for an event at the home, like a Bunco party, and then return it the day after the event. It happened every week. We know that this was not the nature of every return, but unfortunately we had to make a decision on how to make this work so that we could have a sustainable business.
We pride ourselves on great prices and variety of merchandise. A store credit would be easy to use and does not have to be used on the same day. If needed, a gift card will be issued that never expires and does not have any fees.
We make this policy known to all customers. It is posted throughout the store, at the cash wrap and on every receipt.
